If last year you could not come to dance in the desert, here we present you another opportunity: The AfroYin Retreat where you can rest from the routine, celebrate your connection with nature at the hands of the facilitator María Farriols.

Dancing in nature reminds us of our beauty and fills us with energy for our day to day.

From December 28 to January 4, 2018

December 28th

Pick up at the Marrakech airport at the agreed time. Transfer to the HOTEL. Free day to walk around the Red city.

December 29

We will pick you up at the Marrakech airport at the agreed time. Transfer to the HOTEL. FREE day to walk around the Red city.

December 30

Pick up at 8 am at the accommodation in Marrakech. We cross the High Atlas to its highest point, in the Tizi’nTiscka Mountain (2,260 m altitude). Once at the foot of the mountain we find the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. We make a visit to the kasbah (voluntary) and continue to the city of Ouarzazate, known as African Hollywood. We cross the Draa Valley, with its large palm grove and kasbahs that surround it and form one of the most beautiful routes in all of Morocco. We passed through various villages, kasbahs ... in the south of Morocco; Agdz and Zagora, which is the last city we found. We continue through the Draa Valley, we will cross the town of Tagounite and enter the desert. We will spend the night in a HAIMA in the middle of the desert in ERG LIHOUDI.

December 31st

After breakfast we will do a day of trekking (about 4 - 5 hours) until we reach the dunes of Ouad Nâam. There we will spend the night in a PRIVATE VIVOUAC IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT, with a great magical fire that will illuminate the stars and the sound of the drums. PARTY TO CELEBRATE THE ENTRANCE TO THE NEW YEAR.

January 1

Relaxing day among the dunes of Ouad Nâam, a moment to enjoy the silence of the Sahara. Night in the PRIVATE VIVOUAC.

January 2

After breakfast we will get on the 4x4 to continue enjoying the magical desert landscape to the Sacred Oasis. There we will make a stop under some palm trees of the Oasis. Then we will continue enjoying the Sahara until we reach the sea of dunes of ERG CHIGAGA.

January 3

After breakfast we will leave the Chigaga dunes, towards M’hamid where we will change the 4x4 for the minibus. We will leave the desert track and take the asphalt back to Marrakech. Transfer to the HOTEL.

January 4th

Airport transfer and return home.
