AfroYin to the desert

AfroYin is a method of self-knowledge and personal transformation based on movement, consciousness and African dances.

We will gradually enter the desert until we reach its heart, dancing and enjoying the sound of the drums ...

You will dance AfroYin in a magical, unique, special space ... in the desert; together with the AfroYin facilitator María Farriols.

From January 2 to 8, 2017

January 2

We will pick you up at the Marrakech airport at the agreed time. Transfer to the HOTEL. FREE DAY to walk around the Red city.

January 3

Pick up at 8 am at the accommodation in Marrakech. We cross the High Atlas to its highest point, in the Tizi’nTiscka Mountain (2,260 m altitude). Once at the foot of the mountain we find the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. We make a visit to the kasbah (voluntary) and continue to the city of Ouarzazate, known as African Hollywood.

We cross the Draa Valley, with its large palm grove and kasbahs that surround it and form one of the most beautiful routes in all of Morocco. We passed through various villages, kasbahs ... in southern Morocco; Agdz and Zagora, which is the last city we found. We continue through the Draa Valley, we will cross the town of Tagounite and enter the desert. We will spend the night in a haima in the middle of the desert in Erg Lihoudi.

January 4

AfroYin Method Session: ROOTS. We will wake up dancing ...

After breakfast we will do a day of trekking (about 4 - 5 hours) until we reach the dunes of Ouad Nâam.

At sunset: Honoring our ROOTS.

There we will spend the night in a vivouac set up in the middle of nowhere, with a great magical fire that will illuminate the stars and the sound of the drums.

January 5

AfroYin Method Session: HEART

Time to care for and love each other by sharing this great adventure among the dunes of Ouad Nâam.

Session: the dance of the Heart.

At dusk Night under the stars in a private bivouac with a fire pit and live music to continue opening ourselves to the greatness of the Heart.

January 6

AfroYin Method Session: WINGS

After breakfast we will get on the 4x4 to continue enjoying the magical desert landscape to the Sacred Oasis. There we will make a stop under some palm trees of the Oasis. Then we will continue enjoying the Sahara until we reach the sea of dunes of ERG CHIGAGA.

Session: the freedom of Being.

Fueguito, songs and everything that we co-create together to heal, empower and vibrate in the frequency of LOVE.

January 7

Meditation and dance of gratitude.

After breakfast we will leave the Chigaga dunes, towards M’hamid where we will change the 4x4 for the minibus. We will leave the desert track and take the asphalt back to Marrakech.

Transfer to the Hotel. Possibility of going to the Hammam that is next to the Hotel.

January 8

Transfer to the airport and back home
