Pick up at 8am in Marrakech. We cross the High Atlas to its highest point in the Tizi'n Tiscka Mountain (2,260 m altitude). Stop at the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. Ouarzazate, possibility of visiting the Cinema Museum. We continue through the Draa Valley. We pass through several towns: Tamnougalte, Agdz, Zagora (the last city), Tamgroute (known for its green pottery cooperative) and arrival at Tagounite. Food on the route, dinner. Night in a campsite or typical house.
Tuesday December 31 Tagounite - Kasbas - M'hamid - Erg LihoudiBreakfast and excursion to the kasbahs around the Draa Valley. Food in the kasbahs. In the afternoon we will enter the desert, at Erg Lihoudi. Camel excursion through the dunes to see the sunset. Special dinner and special New Year's Eve party. Night at the camp in haima.
Wednesday, January 1, 2025 Erg LihoudiDay of TOTAL RELAX in the desert, recharge your batteries for the journey back to the city and meditate on the resolutions for the new year.
